What is "Option to Buy"?
Our Option to Buy package is an additional layer of service we offer to our DIY Design Plan clients who would like us to purchase high quality furnishings from our trusted vendors on their behalf, while also managing the tracking, shipment, & delivery of the products in their home. To qualify for this additional layer of service, you must have a furnishings budget of $5000 or more.

What to Expect from our "Option to Buy" package
- I create an itemized invoice for the furnishings you wish to purchase from the DIY Design Plan
- Upon payment, I will order, procure, track and receive the furnishings on your behalf
- All of the items for the space are held in our wareshouse until everything has arrived.
- You manage the "Install Day" where all the furnishings are delivered and placed in your home according to the DIY Design Plan under your direction
